This course will enable you to enjoy Yakitori Hige's delicious yakitori.Each yakitori is served in large portions, with particular attention paid to the ingredients and their origins, and two types of charcoal are used to maximize the heat and aroma of the charcoal grilling method, a method that is difficult to experience at home.
